This has been reported in other threads. Fanburst is almost certainly the problem. They have become increasingly unreliable over the last year. This is out of Roll20's control. There is currently a feature that Pro users are testing on the dev server, that will allow you to upload your own music for playing. For now, the only thing you can do is hope that Fanburst fixes its problems, and rely more on Incompetech, Tabletop Audio or Battlebards.
alright thanks for the clarification. hopefully fanburst can fix the issue ;-;
It's almost as if Fanburst aligns their 'time to be an unstable piece of shit' with our weekend sessions. This always ruins them.
Its all good, the problem was temporary. The problem is fixed now, I am however very sad that fanburst is shutting down :( i hope there is a way to keep the current tracks you have because i have a ton and i dont think i can find the exact same ones as a downloadable version.

Unfortunately, unless you can download them from Fanburst, or find them from another source, you are probably out of luck. Roll20 never actually handled any of the tracks; the Jukebox is merely a a list of pointers to tracks on an online repository that is out of Roll20's direct control.
Hello AgniChim, We are glad the issue seems to be resolved. And unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about the shutting down of Fanburst. However, please check out our thread here for any future updates regarding audio enhancements through Roll20. I am going to go ahead and close this post. If you have any further questions or issues, feel free to open a new thread.
