Clone account logged into my session

Hello,  I have several games in one "Sounds of Silence" I have an avatar logged in, this a person that lives with me and we checked all devices to see where the login coming from...after searching we noticed I as GM cannot reset the avatar as if it not there, but since the appearance of this avatar my sessions run slow, we do not use audio in roll20 and have separate Skype systems. can your team log out any avatars in my game

Have you had the person log into the game and then log out using the exit game button in the game itself (setting tab towards the top)? Usually this clears the ghosting in the game.

Yes, from all of their devices. but it like an open TTY so the Server admin needs to log out all ras sessions.
Hello DMRMZ, We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue with a "ghost" login. To ensure we rule out all possibilities, we ask that  you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues . If the issue still persists afterwards, we can use the information collected to help with the issue. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
