Howdy I have decided to run Forgotten Realms Tomb of Annihilation with a few modifications, this is mainly due to the adventure being easily available on the interwebs. Granted I do have some regulations in my campaign but I too want to enjoy the task of DM'ing and not having to deal with certain aspects of 5E I do not care for. There are plenty of P2P games where you can play anything you want.
