Cannot access certain character's journal in mobile app.

I am running a campaign with four charaters.  In the mobile app, logged in as GM, I cannot access one character's Character sheet.  The bio sheet comes up, but I cannot open the character sheet tab.  I can do this for ALL other characters, but not this one.

Hello Chris M., Can you verify if you are able to see the character sheet in a browser (Chrome or Firefox)? If not, can you verify if the issue persists in both browsers? Additionally, can you provide us the name of the campaign you are having this issue with and when you first noticed this issue?

I can see everything logged in through my browser just fine.  (Chrome)  I don't have Firefox on my phone.  The campaign is Thar Be Dragons, first noticed Saturday night when my player tried to access this character (Shareir Tyra'laes) the first time. I've since tried on multiple devices to no avail. The character is new to the campaign, if that matters. I can access the other new character I created, though. 

I just created another character, also a ranger, and it's doing the same thing. Not so with a fighter. 

It looks like all Charactermancer generated characters are doing this right now in this game.

After a night of experimentation, I think this is linked to the known Android issue about the first character sheet clicked being inaccessible.  I have created a dummy character for my players to click on FIRST in Android, so they can get past this issue.
