Adding Yawning Portal Adventure to existing game isn't working

I am trying to add Against the Giants Adventure to an existing game. It appears to add it, but when I launch the game the content is not there. I am adding it to Rise of Tiamat so wondering if there is a map or other content limit that is causing the problem. Any ideas?
Hello William B., We are sorry for the delay. When you try to add the Against the Giants addon to your game, does Against the Giants appear in the Game Addon area? If not, do you receive any error messages?
Yes the adventure does appear in my Game Addons drop down. I do not get any error messages. It appears to add it, but when I launch the game it is not there. Further, I have discovered while in Vault and trying to import characters FROM the game, the game gets stuck on loading and does not ever present the character/handout list.
Hello again William B., This may be an issue with your internet connection and loading your game. To rule out potential issues, please  carefully work through the steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Thank you William, I've passed this information along to our devs.  We hope to have an answer for you soon.
It has been some time with no update. Since this problem exists on multiple computers, my only guess is that the game data has some corruption in one of its data tables that is causing the problem. I have found a way to move the characters which is helpful. Is there an easy way to move the handouts?
