Players are only able to see me or each other.

Hi, We tried playing today at 2pm CST like usual, but my players were either only able to see me and not each other, or each other and not me.  We went through the TS guide together, then we all restarted our computers and routers, I tried using firefox instead of chrome, all on the latest version.  In the end we decided to postpone till next week. Any idea what could've caused this? Will we be able to play next week? Thanks, Blake

Can't answer to what might have happened in your case, since there are so many possible variables. It's always good to have a backup communication method for when things go sideways. Our group will use Roll20, Skype or Discord video/audio, depending on what is not cooperating this week. (And there's no consistently better option)

Thanks!  Yeah we're unsure as we've had a few hiccups, but never to this extent before. We'll be using a discord server in the future if we should have connection problems again.

However, If you encounter this issue in the future, please follow all of the steps in the  Audio Visual Troubleshooting  guide and include Step 9. Be sure to add the console log and requested information.
