Is there a connection issue? Whole game group was lagged out during session tonight.
Hi Savage, Are you still experiencing any issues connecting? You can also keep up-to-date on our server statuses here: http://status.roll20.net/

yes, in my friend's Legend of the Dragon's Soul game.
A few extra questions and some things to try :) Is this the only game where this is happening? Is it a consistent problem or can you load in every once in a while? Could you capture a console log of when you are attempting to load into the game? Have you worked through the first three troubleshooting steps found here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues Since the creator of the game is a Pro subscriber, could you ask them to make a copy of this game to see if you are more easily able to connect to the new instance?

Thank you for that info! Unfortunately, I have been unable to reproduce this error on my end. Do you have any steps you can take to reproduce the problem, perhaps a time required to be on the page or some action needs to take place? Does it seem to happen randomly? You mention that all of your players disconnected (Correct me here if I am incorrect)-- do you all have the same ISP or were you on the same network?
currently happening now, I am, the creator, this issue does happen on the copy https://app.roll20.net/join/4373033/WgaR3A -- this is the copy with an updated sheet https://app.roll20.net/join/3907344/l-hBlQ --- this is our older copy with an older sheet part of my trouble shooting has been to disable all API but the problem persists.
the older sheet did not used to have this issue.
I also tried to create a fresh game and transmogrified only what was necessary, same issue: https://app.roll20.net/join/4407670/zFRbDQ

Also note that players were connecting from multiple ISPs from different locations across the US.
This had happened in a session I was in about three weeks ago. We’d all gotten booted then after a 20-30 second hiccup, we were all back in again. It was like “well that was weird” and we carried on. I might have forgotten about it entirely had it not been for this thread.

After having a moment to really trouble shoot, I believe I found the issue. it appears to only be on one specific map. I'm going to try recreating the map and see if that resolves the issue.
