I am running Mazes & Minotaurs , a free RPG based on the idea of
role-playing emerging from ancient world miniatures war-gaming instead
of medieval miniatures war-gaming. The result is an old-school
D&Dish rules set with a classical base to the chaotic blend of
various flavors. The current adventuring is
forest exploration. A variety of pre-generated characters will be
available, with just enough background to provide a motive for being
there. If you keep playing (and the character survives), you can develop
additional background and character as we go along. If this sounds like something you might be interested, the
game is to be found at: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/100381/time-of-heroes-original-mazes-and-minotaurs We play Sunday morning-early afternoon my time in California, but I seem to mostly get Europeans who are playing Sunday evening. I like to think I and my current players are nice, although I guess you'd have to judge for yourself.
