Mature, professional seeking 1-2 players for weekend D&D5e
game. We are looking to form a group of 5-6 mature serious and experienced players
for long-term adventuring.
Day/Time: Saturday
with the occasional (and optional) Friday. We play on Saturdays at 6pm (Eastern Standard Time, U.S.)
We are looking for 1-2 mature players, with previous D&D
experience (doesn't have to be a lot or even 5e), who will make a determined
effort to play on a consistent basis (with some exceptions, of course) and who
will contribute to the overall fun and group experience.
We use Discord for voice communication.
Good Qualities :
Humility, Conscientiousness, Openness, and Agreeableness
Flexible thinkers
Experience with D&D, any version.
Good Player skill or Character skill
Good Sense of humor!
This is probably NOT
for you if you:
Like to argue or otherwise be contrary
Have to be right or have the last word
Have a rigid interpretation of the world or the D&D5e
rules (RAW).
About me: I’m an old school player
in a new school world.
Experience: 15+ years playing & 12years DMing D&D and AD&D; Three years playing
D&D5e about 2 years Dming on Roll20. I have several years of experience
playing a variety of other RPGs.
I prefer story and character-driven campaigns with tactical combat. My games
are fair but challenging; requiring both Player Skill and Character Skill.
What I expect from party members: To be respectful of each other, have a
cooperative play style, to know your character, to contribute to the group
experience.
What I expect from a DM: Someone knowledgeable &
engaging, who works to maintain a good game balance, with the ability to adjust
in-flow and highlight each player. The DM has the sacred right to alter what
they see fit, but does so mindfully and with great care.
