Well, the game I have in mind to run is very sand boxy, with an emphasis on the subterfuge, politics, etc, that it takes to bring an Imperial planet with a strong Adeptus Ministorum presence under Chaos. No 'hard' goals from session to session, more so 'Well at this point here is what you heretics might want to try. Unless you have better ideas?' Wouldn't likely be very shooty till it advanced some, and the group felt they had enough of a base to be able to carry out more risky activities. What I have in my head now seems more focused toward a group under Slaanesh.
