Using the community sheet, not the official sheet: Is there anyway to build a macro that functions and interacts directly with the circles that appear above the selected token? Or is that something that has to be done manually?

Do you mean a macro that will auto deduct values from the token bars? this requires an API script (pro subscriber perk). Basic macros can only read data in attributes (including the token bars), not affect attribute values.
