For awhile now Whenever I set a Token's Aura to any amount of feet it doesn't seem to change at all and only ever stays in the confines of the Token. :/  Is this a problem being worked on? Or is it just me?

The Grid is turned off yes.  It used to work before. I've have had the grid off for years now for my games.
