Help! Using purchased module and adjusted map and background, wont line up!

I went into the map and background layer and mistakenly moved the hex grid around...now it wont line up with the token layer no matter what i do. I get it almost to where the two hexes line up but when i let go of the mouse button it jumps to a default location which is not lined up. Any suggestions?

Hold the alt key down while dragging to keep it from snapping to the grid.
thank you Keith. That helps. But it seems in my earnest effort to solve my own problem I somehow adjusted the map pixel size so that it is now somewhat larger/smaller than the token layer I am trying to match.

I usually pick a spot near a corner that I can get to hit on a gridline intersection, then I alt-drag the far side (not the opposite corner) until it lines up right to left. then do the same thing vertically. It may take a couple of passes to dial it in. If you can get it close but not perfect, just turn the opacity of the Roll20 grid down to 0, and let the players navigate by the printed grid. They won't notice if you're off by a few pixels.

In this case, you could create a second Game with that module, then right click the map graphic, choose Advanced->Set Size, get the pixel size, then input that on the existing Game's  graphic to get it back to the right size.
oh yeah, that makes sense. thanks so much! I went ahead and created a new game anyway, and just deleted the old one. I hadn't done much with it yet.
and thanks again Keith! much appreciated the quick responses
