Delete of single token removes all tokens in layer - requires F5 reload to show again

Hi, since a few weeks i observe the behaviour that when i delete a toke on a map, all tokens in that layer disappear from the screen and seem to be removed. A reload (F5) shows the tokens again. The behavior is consistent accross multiple campaigns and repeatable.
