Ruler Tool Missing

I am not sure how long this has been happening. On the campaign desktop, in the toolbox, I do not have the ruler tool available. I only noticed recently that other players were asble to use it. Tere ius no empty square in the toolbox where the ruler should be, but the whole box is missing. How can I re-enable it? TIA

The ruler tool changed with an update and its icon in the Tabletop Toolbar changed. I'm not sure what happened: when the reply way posted, I couldn't see the (new) icon, but two or three hours later, it had appeared... Not sure where it had been hiding...
