Can't View Applications To My Game

Hi there, I was wondering if anybody can help? I listed a game and have received some applications but am unable to view them in the topic/forum. I receive notifications in my "pink envelope" and can read them that way, but once the notification disappears I can't find them. When I go to the topic in my listed game it states that there have been a number of views, but only my initial post is visible. The listing in question is: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1999089/lost-mine-of-phandelver Has anybody had any similar issues?
Oh, and all notifications appear twice. Not sure if that's supposed to be a thing?

Further investigation reveals they appear here, in the "LFG" listing: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/160649/lost-mine-of-phandelver Which I can't seem to access without clicking on a notification. When I go to my game from the "My Games" section of my home screen, however, there's nothing: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1999089/lost-mine-of-phandelver I worry that they may indeed be two separate games, because I listed it one day and when I went back to view it I was told the game wasn't listed because I hadn't entered a date/time for the game (even though I did). I re-entered the same date/time and have started to receive applications. Maybe this is the source of the problem?

The LFG page is your public face of your game that everyone can see while the detail is your actual private game page which only members that are part of the game can see.
Hello Nupraptor, To expand on the information that Pat S. has provided, there are three kinds of game links here at Roll20. The first is the campaign link, which takes the form of https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1234567/... and links people to the 'Game Details' page for your game. By default such a link is only visible to players already in the game, and only Plus and Pro subscribers can make their games visible to the public . However, no one can post to your game forums unless they're already in your game. The second link type is the LFG Listing link, which takes the form of https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/1234567/BlahBl... and links people to the LFG Listing for your game. You get this link by creating a LFG Directory Listing . This is the desired link to share for pretty much every purpose one can think of. Even if you do not enable it for viewing in the LFG Directory you can share the link with others and have a separate Listing Discussion forum just for those potentially interested in your game. As a bonus, anyone who posts to your game's Listing Discussion forum will have a big blue button by their username and all a GM has to is click 'Invite to Game' and an invitation will be sent their way. An example of a game that is not enabled is https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/100394/testing-mctesterson Finally, we have the 'open join link', also known as the 'Player Link' which takes the form of https://app.roll20.net/join/1234567/alphanumericg... and anyone who clicks on this link automatically joins your game. This is useful in private messages and other direct one-to-one communication methods. However, if you use it in a more public forum, you have no control over who is clicking it, no way to prevent griefers from filling your chat logs with nonsense and/or vandalizing whichever map page the Player Ribbon is set to, and no way to tell who has been drawing on your maps. If you do kick someone the join link changes and requires you to edit your post with the new link. This is why we strongly discourage posting open join links. We hope this information helps. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to let us know.
Ah! Thanks for the info. If i could pester you with another query? How can I view the applications after my notifications have disappeared? Would I search for my own game as if i were a player, or is there a quicker way thru my profile or home screen etc.?
Hello again Nyproptor, After the notification has been originally viewed and you wish to view the post again, you would have to navigate to the discussion itself. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns!

Hello Nupraptor. The quickest way (other than bookmarking your lfg page) to get to it is to hover over the games button (toolbar at the top) and click on your game in the drop down (you could click on "my games" to get your listing page for all your games). Once you are at your game detail page, click on manage listing button (it is under your game's avatar) and it will take you to your lfg page so you can just scroll down. Once you do it a few times, it gets routine.
Thanks guys!
