I can get a list of them but cannot go to message or dismiss. All these buttons are inoperative.  Even turned off all extensions and blockers.  Been going for about a week now.

I'm seeing this too. I find if I go to one of the pages on the forums, they work again (usually). But they never work on the roll20 landing page. This started happening yesterday for me, and I was being logged out repeatedly through the day, so there seemed to be some kind of site issue. I hadnt noticed it before.
