Apologies, I ought to have set up a thread sooner than this. Thank you for purchasing Tales of the Old Margreve! Please report any bug or game issues below.  Quick Guide Accessing your content Module The Tales of the Old Margreve book, which contains all of the setting information, adventure locations and encounter sites is a  module . To create a new game based off of the module, click on the  Start New Game  option from the site menu. The column on the right hand side of the page is titled  Optional: Choose a Module . Underneath this are thumbnail tiles for all the various Roll20 modules that are available. For the ones you have purchased, mousing over the thumbnail will make a check mark icon appear over the thumbnail tile. Clicking on the tile will select this module to be used as the base for this new game. Compendium You can access the Tales of the Old Margreve Player's Guide, as well as additional spells, magic items and monster statistics in the  in-app compendium , as well as on the  Roll20 web compendium . Which Character Sheet should I use? This Kobold Press product on Roll20 uses the Dungeons & Dragons by Roll20 sheet.

If I close the sheet and re-open the Charactermancer and run it again, it will process the build. Patch Notes - Tales of the Old Margreve - 22nd May 2019 Compendium Races: Erina Keen Senses should now register "Perception" as a skill proficiency Races: Alesid Dark Vision should now correctly apply to character sheet. Races: Piney Speed should now correctly apply to character sheet. Background: Forest Dweller Tool &amp; Language Proficiencies should now correctly apply to character sheet. As you can see from the previous post, there are a number of issues that should now have been resolved. There are a few more on your list which will require some investigation to conclude, but we're actively working on getting them resolved. Obviously, I'll update this thread as they are. No problem at all, just trying to help keep things tidy in case others are looking for info :) Thanks for the updates and all the hard work!
The Character Status Handout has the unfriendly options table labeled as Friendly Margreve Effects also. A suggestion: Roll20 at least (not sure about fantasy grounds) comes with a built in option to add squares or hexes to maps and with user defined opacity yet several of the maps have the square grids built into the maps. If your artists are doing maps with the grids on separate layers they should save copies without grids for use in roll20/fantasy grounds.

I've gone through and checked/updated my bug list from before. There are still quite a few bugs hanging on (the Erina Race character creation hanging being the worst), as well as a couple of new bugs that seem more general to the Charactermancer. I've removed the fixed items from my previous list to keep this as up to date as possible with the current errors. Any update on progress with these bugs? NEW: General Charactermancer Issue: When clicking the "i" button on a spell to pull up the compendium information, it doesn't load any information into the info window of the Charactermancer. It just stays on the Spells general info page. NEW: General Charactermancer Issue:&nbsp; Choosing spells from Dropdown menus results in no spell options being displayed. Checklists seem to work fine.

Debugging the Charactermancer is sometimes more of an art than a science, particularly with third-party content. I'm glad to say that I've managed to address some of the issues, and where a solution wasn't available, explain the problem: Error - Erina Race hangs on character creation: This should now be resolved. The Charactermancer is, interesting enough, not currently set up to allow for a selection from a choice of two ASIs at level one, but we have found an alternate solution which leads to: Erina Race - Ability Score Increase The only options that should now be available are Charisma or Wisdom. This will display a little strangely, with all other Ability Scores displaying a +0, but is the most satisfactory solution in the short term. Forest Dweller Background: Pouch with 5gp is added as an inventory item, not to the GP section Currently, the Charactermancer does not add currency from any background to a character's total gold. I've submitted a feature request for this. Similar to the previous item, can there be a way to select which Variant you wish to use? (again, maybe not a bug) The charactermancer does not support variant backgrounds. However, I'm in the process of testing a potential solution, and I'll report back when this has been resolved.&nbsp; The Underfoot, Circle of Owls, Circle of Roses, Hunter in Darkness These spellcasting issues were resolved previously, however, the general Charactermancer bug appeared to have broken them. I've tested each of them and they appear correct to me. If you're still having issues would you be able to give me exact steps to reproduce the problem? Known Issues: There is currently a bug in the Charactermancer that, at level 1, Warlock expanded spell lists are not added to the options available.

Hello, I purchased Tales of the Old Margreve for the adventurers. I don't want my players using unofficial class options and spells.&nbsp; I can't delete the Tales of the Old Margreve class options and spells from the charactermancer. It doesn't even label which spells are from Tales of the Old Margreve. Please fix this ASAP!

At the very least, Charactermancer should display spell source, the way it does for classes, races, backgrounds, etc.
