Hi there - just what I said in the subject line. I can see them, but clicking on them doesn't get me anywhere. Have tried two different browsers - Safari and Chrome, as well as restarting. No dice. I'd be grateful for any help. Thank you.

It's a known bug that the Devs are working on. You can read about it in the  infrastructure bug thread . In the meantime, most users report that the notifications menu works everywhere but the main page. Try using it while you are looking at a forum page.
