Import/Export characters?

Hey, me and one of my DM's are trying to figure out how to export characters from the vault to his campaign. he cant find the setting anywhere for it(and yes he has a pro account). Where is the setting at for it? I wanna show him all my characters!

Yeah, I get that. We cant find the setting to actually allow importing. Thats what im asking for help getting to.
