Technical Problems with GoS

Ok, So we were about to start our Session 1 of Ghosts of Saltmarsh. It took us nearly an hour before we gave up and decided to postpone it till next week, because none of us could get the game to work right. Took us 20 minutes to get us all to see the first map, some of us not seeing any tokens being added later, then the next map refused to fully load for most of us, not able to place our tokens, or do anything but see a blurry town map. I went to anouther game i had to test and see if it was just a GoS problem, and while the map seems to be working fine, it did take way longer to load then before, and is just continuing to be very laggy, and its not an internet problem since several of my other party members are saying the same thing Im not the DM for either of the games.
Hello christian, I am sorry to hear that you all have encountered this issue with the whole game in general. As this deals with multiple users encountering similar issues, there could be a number of issues affecting the game. To be able to rule out potential issues, all users will need to start by following the troubleshooting steps in our  Solving Technical Issues  guide below. This will rule out potential issues and provide us a baseline for diagnostic purposes. If the issue still persists after everyone follows the troubleshooting steps below, please provide us all of the requested information in  Step 4  including the name of the campaign and Console Log. Thanks! Please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
