Huge amount of maps and icons gone from campaign.

Dozens of my campaigns maps and icons have gone missing from my assets.  They were there earlier today.  Now I just  see missing file icons in the map selection screen, and no evidence they were ever uploaded to my assets.  Maps and icons that I added years ago are still though, but everything I added starting last night and going back many many months is gone. (with the exception of two maps I added last night, and was  was working on this morning).

Hello Robb, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with missing items. Did you delete anything in the Recent Uploads section of the Art Library in any campaign?

I did, but only after the first bunch came up missing.    Here's a visual aid.  The stuff that just disappeared left me with the missing/generic file icons.   If I could get a roll back to last Friday or Saturday, that might help.

Have you had a co-GM in the past who might have uploaded graphics? If they have deleted them or have left the game, that can display those symptoms.

Never had a co-gm.  All the uploads were mine.

Rollbacks generally roll back games, and if the items are missing from the library, they're gone. Of course, it's possible a dev can undo a library deletion, but I've never heard of it. Hello Robb, Unfortunately, deleting those files from the Recent Uploads section of the Art Library makes them unrecoverable. You will need to re-upload them. You can find more information on our Art Library wiki about how to manage it and help with any future issues dealing with missing maps and tokens. As such, I am going to close this thread.
