Turn Order Bug?

I'm not sure if this is just me, but the Add Custom Item on the Turn Order Settings is broken in my games. Does this work for you? If I try to add something with it, nothing gets added, but it breaks the turn tracker. I cant add anything else, until i clear the entire turn tracker. I used a script to report the contents of the turnorder object, and the custom item is being added, just not displayed visibly. And once a custom item exists, the turn tracker stops working completely.  Is this a bug, or is it happening just to me?

I think that's related to the turn order bug that's ongoing in the bugs forum. We had that same sort of problem a week ago when adding a custom turn with the API.
