Hovering over the formatting options at the top of the forum text box (either on these forums or a game's forums) causes the title to appear on the extreme left side of the window. Additionally, all the options that were hovered over appear stacked at the very bottom of the page. Here's a gif illustrating the behavior: EDIT: And apparently I forgot to finish the thread title.
