I'm trying to find an easier way to pull a token out from journal and have its stats and all that on here instead of opening up a second window for each creature Found this image but not sure how they did that.
Are you talking about the right most popup? That the 5e Character Sheet in its NPC mode, and populated with content from the Monster Manual. If you turn on Compendium access for your game and have the 5e by Roll20 Sheet configured for the game, you can drag a compendium entry to the map and it will create the token and character sheet for you.

Even without the Monster Manual, you should get a character sheet and generic token. Do you: A) Have either the D&D 5e by Roll20, or Shaped Sheet selected as the default sheet on your campaign settings page? B) Have the D&D 5e Compendium chosen as the default compendium for your game?
