Cannot upload images

When i attempt to upload something through either drag and drop or the upload button the uploading window appears but nothing happens. i have waited for 30 minutes as well as tried a few times. I have tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox but none work, i have cleared the cache and rebooted as well as uninstalled all extensions. Hello ac1999, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with uploading images.&nbsp; The first area to check is your Account page and make certain you haven't gone over your Storage Quota . If that checks out, then check and make certain you are using a supported image file . Please note that the file being uploaded must not exceed 10mb for Plus/Pro users .&nbsp; Let us know if you are still having issues after verifying the above information.&nbsp; Thanks!

Also, that linked page doesn't specify (yet, but it will as soon as I finish this post), but due to the way images are parsed by roll20, the ".jpeg" extension is not recognized. Make sure JPGs use ".jpg". No re-save necessary, just edit the name.

Hi guys, thanks for the reply. turns out the images i was trying to upload were not true .png files even though they had the .png extension, something must have gone wrong when i saved them. I re-saved them as .png again and they upload fine.
