What is Roll20Con?

You've advertised it for years, but I have yet to see a description. Please give us some basic Who, What, Where, When, Why info. Is it just a few workshops or sessions this weekend, or something more? What's supposed to happen for the remaining days? How does a GM or player participate? What happens if they do? What's the purpose of the charity? How would someone donate? Anything else we need to know? Thank you!

I think most of this is answered in the blog post and post in the announcement forum. https://blog.roll20.net/post/187986723295/mark-your-calendars-roll20con-is-october-5-6 There is also an official page on Roll20: https://roll20.net/con 2 days, Oct 5&6. They have a schedule of events in that post, which is Twitch streams. Some are games, some are panels. https://www.twitch.tv/roll20app Donations can be made to Take This anytime between Oct 5-26. https://www.takethis.org/get-involved/donate/campaign/ There is an art pack you can unlock for any donation during that time. There is also a shirt that can be purchased, proceeds from which go to Take This. The mission of Take This is stated as: Take This works to decrease the stigma, and increase the support for, mental health in the game enthusiast community and inside the game industry. (source: their website ) If GMs participate during the event, they can mark their games as part of Roll20Con, which unlocks Dynamic Lighting as a chance to try subscription features for free. GM's are generally encouraged to use the Con as a chance to run extra games for new players, etc.
Thanks, Loren!
