Single player can't see the map

I already tried all the basics for fixing this problem, none worked. With that out of the way, this is the usual problem where only one of my friends can't see the map (totally blank) inside my game. He can only see rulers, player's hand drawings, and can interact with menus, but sees no tokens or map. I tried everything I could think of, I even made another account on my pc (with which I could see the map), passed the details to him, but he still can't see it. If anyone has found any solution to this, it would be appreciated to know it. EDIT: I'll attach the Console Log from his end. From my end I don't see anything pop up in the console when he connects. Is this an automatic response? Cause it looks like it. As already stated above, I tried all the basics for fixing this problem, none worked. I also already attached a full console log in my post from his end , since I don't see anything in my console when he connects. Let me be even clearer. He tried all the basics already, including, but not limited to: - Tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox. None worked. Firefox was on a fresh installation, even. No addons, extensions, nothing. All updated. - Windows 10 is the operating system, updated and working. - Javascript is enabled. - Windows Defender is the antivirus, but we already tried turning it off and putting on an exception in the firewall. Didn't work.

You can now close the topic: the problem went away with no apparent reason. He just logged in and everything is fine now, totally randomly. You still might wanna look into this further.
