Hi all! We have a great Pathfinder group in a custom campaign with airships and steam engines. Still elves and dwarves and the like, but lots and lots of details are unique in this campaign. Our GM, Hannu is amazing. Excellent detail and story crafting, great improvisation to NPC role playing and even mid-combat improv to PC ideas, etc. Another player in the campaign completed a different campaign with Hannu that lasted two years, and he loved it. We've only had one session so far (we've only actually played the in-game for 2 hrs), so catching up is very easy. And since it's still very very beginning of campaign it should be alright posting in here hopefully :-/ We started at lvl 3. So far in our group we've got my char: Rogue, character theme: Airship mechanic (character themes are sort of sub classes Hannu had made up for the campaign) and I use a bow for sneak attack via scout archetype (his skill-monkiness nice for the group :D) We also have a paladin, a fighter (gun user with gunsmith theme), and a Druid (with star seer theme; star seer is a cool fortune teller with some very cool extra abilities, particularly for RP and for plot/mystery solving) that specializes in making useful potions. We have a pretty diverse group and we're having a blast! We use discord chat for our sessions. There's a good amount of in-character downtime in between sessions (approx 3 mos.), and magical items are a bit harder to come by, so crafting skills are useful. One of the peeps in our party suggested perhaps doing some sort of RP (maybe just some text-based RP) in between our weekly sessions, which I personally would love. Anyways, here's the link to our session, https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/179796/steam-and-steel-the-skies-of-adranon-saturday-morning Hannu has plenty of the information you need, and if he approves of your char/etc. he can share the 300-some page player guide he's made for the campaign for all the details (of which there are tons).
