Ipad App not loading

I have just installed the iPad app to try out my first game.  I get to the load screen, I click on my game and the it is stuck on a black screen that just says loading.  Much like a lot of first experiences, this was quite disappointing.

Hello Craig, Currently the iPad version of the app has a couple known issues that will require a complete rebuild in order to fix. How can I tell if the character sheet I would use is affected by the  Charactermancer issue? I guess this is a problem that was identified a year ago, so is unlikely to be resolved anytime soon, which is a shame.
