All content from purchased module is no longer in its folders and other DoTMM issues

So since buying the Dungeon of The Mad Mage, i have had multiple issues which has required vaulting my group characters over twice due the module issues in roll20 virtual tabletop. The original is because I think I accidentally bought the tokens and secret deck without the module without realizing it and then added them to the campaign after starting the first session which nuked the maps and tokens (not sure if I can get a refund on this?? or if Roll20 has a fix for it). The latest issue (which I am more concerned about) which makes zero since as this issue was not seen till 10 minutes before game time. Basically All the module content that would show in my DM view of the journal is no longer sorted by the equivalent chapter from the book. So for example where I should have the option to click on Level 1 and get a listing for What Dwells Here, Random Encounters for the level, Exploring the Level, Etc. this is all missing when I scroll down past level 23 everything that should be in each of the level "folders" is all just a bunch of listings for the content as if I had moved all the content out of the respective folders and just dumbed them there (which I didn't) not sure if this is some setting I changed or if this is a known issue. Any help would be amazing.

Did you try deleting the erroneous content by selecting the folder and deleting? What you are describing is the typical result of that action. Folders in Roll20 are merely organizational tags. If you delet one, it doesn't actually delete the contents, it just deletes the folder and dumps the contents up at the base level. As for a refund on mistakenly purchased content, write to team@roll20.net and explain your situation. Odds are pretty good they can fix the problem.
Hi Thasmudyan - Since we are already communicating via email for this issue, I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. Thank you!
