I run a few pay to play campaigns each week because I have the free time, I find it makes the game more enjoyable as people are more invested, myself as the DM and all your fellow players, we don't waste time and everyone is in this together. I do my best to make sure everyone has a good time, its a shared group experience, everyone should be respectful of each other. Whenever possible I use color maps with dynamic lighting, I am not a fan of the black and white style maps.
