Token info bubbles not auto-loading

When I first started playing with Roll 20, I noticed monsters dragged from the compendium would automatically fill their red and green info bubbles above the token for AC and hitpoints. This is no longer happening and I have not changed any settings, not will it revert to the original automated input even when creating a fresh game. Please assist!

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions.
