Husband Cannot Play Anymore: ArgumentError: key cannot be blank

I'm writing this for my husband, because the error listed in the topic, is keeping him from doing anything. He cannot get onto the forums, because it won't let him log in at all. He has been playing the Pathfinder game fine for weeks, then all of a sudden this error showed up. He has tried many things, but the only thing he can do is get to his profile page, but cannot sign in, as it gives him that error. Is there anyone he can talk to through an e-mail address? He can do nothing on these forums because of the error when he tries to log in. You can also send me a PM here with the information.
Have him follow all of the steps on this page: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues That will let us rule out a number of issues even if it doesn't work.
I bet that if he clears his cookies/cache it will right itself.
Yes that did work for him, but he seems to have to do it every single time he wants to get on the page. Kinda stinks.
I'm not sure, that's very odd. For some reason his cookies aren't expiring properly. Most likely culprit is an addon/extension/anti-virus software.
