When I attempt to upload any cover photo, including ones I have successfully uploaded as covers for other campaigns, I see a grey loading bar along the top of the image area but it doesn't load even after an hour. I have followed all the steps in the Solving Technical Issues page to no avail. The file is under 5 MB (367.1 KB) and I have attempted uploading it as both JPG or PNG. The issue occurs in Chrome as well as Firefox.
