I have an idea for custom character sheets that I would like to use for a game that I've created, but I have no idea how to do so. Is there somewhere to make requests for modifications to existing sheets?  (I think this is the correct forum for this.)

We have whole subforum for Character Sheets & Compendiums. The Sheet Request thread is a good one to post sheet requests If you want to look at editing sheets yourself, Building Character Sheets describes some of the basics required.

You can also go to Roll20 Github, find the character sheet you want to modify, click the RAW buttons to copy the HTML/CSS/JSON (if any) into your custom character sheet and then start modifying it.  Going to an existing char sheet gives you a solid idea and leg up on making your own.
