Maps are not loading/see-through

Hello, I have been playing on roll20 for about a year now working on maps and things for my Campaigns and this problem occurred and my maps either aren't loading in or they are see-through. Can anyone shed light on this issue because i'm having trouble with it. Some info: this is happening on only one computer and on all accounts and all maps nothing changes. This also occurs across campaigns.
Hi Joseph M., I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your maps on one of your computers. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
This is happening to more users -me included-. I've seen several reports with the same problem in the last week. Maybe is a problem inside Roll20?
yep the same thing happen to me and i have followed the steps down to the t. it was working fine a couple days ago and now its acting up

Looked at step 4 and here are the parts that gave errors: Any insight into this?
Hi Joseph M. -  Can you test to see if this issue persists in Chrome incognito mode as well?
Unfortunately, incognito mode is not fixing the issue
Hey Joseph M. -  To confirm, did you make any changes to the Recent Uploads section of your Art Library perchance? If not, is the corresponding asset being shown in your Art Library tab at all?
I'm getting the same issue, and it happened right after I manually updated to the latest version of Chrome ( 79.0.3945.88 ). I was working on my game for hours, and decided to restart my browser, and figured I might as well update at the same time. Loaded right back into the game and all of my maps are blank. Looks like it is a WebGL issue with Chrome, as I found some people reporting similar issues over the last couple days with WebGL and Chrome. Firefox still works fine, but I also haven't updated them recently. Jeff

Are you still experiencing this issue on Chrome as well? If so, could you try going to this link and telling me if you see a spinning cube perchance?

If so, could you try going to this link and telling me if you see a spinning cube perchance? That page is one of the things that tipped me off. This is what it says (there is n spinning cube): " Hmm. While your browser seems to support WebGL, it is disabled or unavailable. If possible, please ensure that you are running the latest drivers for your video card." There's no option in Chrome at this time that I can see to turn WebGL on or off, and of course Google doesn't have old versions easily available to roll back to.

Just as a data point, I am on version 79.0.3945.88 and can see the cube on the indicated page.

A data point from me. I'm using Brave (Version 1.1.23 Chromium: 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and I can see the cube. I have no extensions and everything runs perfectly.
The issue persists in the Beta of Chrome 80. However, I installed Chrome 79 on another Windows 7 machine, and it works, so it appears it may be an interaction between Chrome and the hardware on my (very old) laptop. Luckily I only use it for editing my games, not playing them, and I can still use Roll20 in Firefox on this machine. I don't expect this will be "fixed" on my machine at this point, as there hasn't been a driver update for my graphics card since 2016.
Addendum: Rolled back to Chrome 76 and the maps are loading, so it is definitely some change in the latest version of Chrome, although limited to certain machines for whatever reason.
