Problems with compendium

Hello. I have bought several books of DnD on Roll 20 and I am starting a new campaign in Eberron, and I am having an issue. One of my players when using the charactermancer can only see SRD races and not any of the options that I have for the several books that I have purchased. Any help with solving this issue is most helpful. The books that I have purchased are ERLW, VGtM, MM, PHB, XGtE
