3 Players for 5e Fantasy Campaigns

Hello people! A group us are a bit tired of the murderhobos in our real life group, and are hoping some lovely DM would take us for some mostly serious D&D. Mainly looking for Exploration, social and then combat based play (or just a healthy mix).  We're all based in the UK, so specifically looking for something that will start around 19:00 GMT - ideally every other week, any day should work. We all have mic's and cam's. There's 2 lads and 1 wonderful lady (Me!). Don't mind what level it starts at, won't take long for us to get characters written up (will use PHB or other sources if allowed), all fairly experienced at DnD and somewhat familiar with Roll20, all in our 30's so preferable a mature group would be a good choice. Hello there I'm actually looking for a group of people to be some good eggs, perhaps you guys are them? I'm wanting to start up a campaign on saturdays and that time would be a good time for me to work with. 5e campaign, custom-ish setting. I customize a lot of my stuff but might borrow maps of other editions or known of creatures or lore and mix in some flavor of my own. Would be a fresh start level 1 and adventure into the world from there.
