Dynamic Lighting -- but for sounds and sound effects

I believe it would add quite a bit if there were a way to place a sound from the jukebox at a point on the map and set a radius (or even an enclosed shape / perhaps have its own layer). If a token enters the area, then they can hear the sound/song/whatever. This could be adding sounds for water, fire, footsteps, wind, music, animal noises, or whatever once the tokens get close enough on the map. Perhaps, have a dim option similar to lighting where the volume is half of what was set for the sound effect when placed on the map. Options could be: Jukebox sound selection, volume slider, repeat check box, radius/dim radius. (or even better -- set a volume and it diminishes over distance with the volume setting being the max at center)
