Docker: Error response from Daemon: Conflict

This just started happening a few minutes ago and from quick searches on the forums and other places it looks like it's an issue with the platform rather than the API (which I thought it was and tried to find what could possibly be causing it). I'm not sure if posting the full error is an issue but. docker: Error response from daemon: Conflict. The name "/campaign-5701918-u1N1GjxIAa7DON53m-b3tA" is already in use by container 533fce61090c093a0752d912c92f617efe236e80ff88e231181e94ef018cb10d. You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.. See 'docker run --help'.

Looks to be working and I checked through each API to be sure and this is a bit strange. The code that would be here is missing but functioning in the actual game so it's mainly off-putting.
