[LFG][5e][18+][Free] Interest Gauging Inquiry: Experienced GM but new to Roll20

Hello! I hope I'm doing this right; please let me know if I should post this somewhere else or use different title tags. I have the Roll20 basic free account, but while I've been gaming for some 20 years, I haven't played on Roll20 as of yet. I'm still polishing up the setting notes for a new homebrew setting, but am considering running a session or two campaign dry run to get the hang of Roll20 and see if I want to keep at it, try something else, or finish polishing before I start for real. So basically, I'm interested to find out how much interest there is in playing in such a dry run. The trial session would be an short adventure designed for the setting and not otherwise included in the actual campaign. Anyone who does actually play and like to continue would get right of first refusal for the campaign if I decide to engage it for real. I welcome any further thoughts, ideas, and comments you might have on all this as well. Thanks in advance! Edit: Here's some details for ya'll. I've had a lot of experience as a GM, and tend to work with an outline and improv/off the cuff most, with a pretty even mix of narrative and shenanigans, with 1+ combat every session or two, depending on what's going on. That said, I prefer fights to make sense, not just be randomly rolled for. I'd like things to be semi-serious, but with plenty moments of awesome; somewhere in between Mythic Fantasy & Gritty Fantasy. Thematically, it'll lean more toward Conan than LotR; it sits at the junction of Conan, Alternate History, Military Comedy, and the Odyssey. It's my overall goal is for everyone to have fun and save the Empire. Good roleplaying and flawed characters are ideal; party infighting is strongly frowned upon. For the when and where , I live in the Central Time Zone (GMT-6), and would prefer to run things in the afternoon or evening on Saturday or Sunday, though that might change depending on interest; feel free to make suggestions. I think for the trial run I'd like to aim for sessions between around 3-4 hours long, but since I've never done this on Roll20 that might change as things progress. There will be a Session 0 for character creation and hammering out kinks. For Party composition , I feel that 5 is the ideal group size IRL, so 4-6 for this game is my goal. There will be no GMPCs; actually useful NPCs may be available to fill gaps, but they'll be background characters so they don't steal the PC's thunder. I'm pretty open to discussing themes for characters, as long as they're within the setting restrictions; there will be a fixed list of available races.  The campaign will consist of military-themed mission-driven adventures, with a few house rules to make things more fun.. The setting is a homebrew called Terra Fantasia, which is a fantasy alternate history/fantasy Earth where many of the places are similar, but all the people and details are unique. Characters will be Legion Auxiliaries in the Etruscan Empire, handed a few support NPCs and an NCO, and sent out to solve problems and clean up messes. The gods of the setting are numerous, aloof, and often capricious. Plane jumping will be mostly non-existent, and teleporting will be unreliable, requiring a lot of traveling the old fashioned way. To explain the Etruscan Empire , think of playing Rome in a game of Civ and going for a Culture victory instead of Military. They're strong, but not conquest minded, and have a several very nasty neighbors. Many magic items will be fairly rare; excepting things like alchemy, scrolls, potions and a few lower-power odds & ends, most of them will be rewards from antiquity and the gods, not something you can just buy. That said, there won't be any generic "+1 longswords" but unique named items as one might expect from mythology. Because real historical peoples are available to be played, just about anybody from around 1000 AD from anywhere on Earth will be available, but I expect players to be respectful of different cultures and not play insulting or racist stereotypes. That's all I can think of for now without going deeper into campaign and setting specifics. Further feedback is quite welcome! Thanks!
Is there anything you could tell us about your style as a GM and with respect to the potential campaign you'd be running? Namely things like day and time, session-length, group size you're aiming for, and any details you could give us upfront about what this dry run and/or campaign might entail (like a premise). I also find it helpful when recruiting GMs express what type of game they like to run, whether that's a wild romp with fictional characters, a loot-and-shoot dungeon crawler, a narrative driven adventure or however else one might describe their preference.
Sonder , thanks for the feedback! I'm going to update my OP accordingly. I'd actually debated including such info originally but wasn't sure it would be relevant to my query.
I am intrigued.  I am not sure what my schedule will be like on Saturday evening, but I would like to give your campaign a shot if we can mesh schedules.
