Some Cards in Hand Show Broken Link

I'm wondering if this is a known issue. Sometimes players report when they draw a card from one of the decks, it appears as a broken link image. It zooms in correctly when clicked on, but does not show up correctly in the Hand. I have several decks - could that be the problem?
Hey TiaMaster - Would you mind providing me with the name of the game you've seen this occur as well as the name of the deck, please? I'll pop in and take a look as soon as I can. Thanks! :)

Hey TiaMaster - Apologies for the confusion! I had actually sent you a private message a few days ago regarding this issue. Would you mind reviewing and responding to that, please? That will allow me to address this as soon as possible. Thanks!
I responded - thanks for the help Nicholas. I noticed that it happens to the same player - I can't get it to happen to the player that I log in myself. Do you think it may have to do with his modem/router settings?  His internet is pretty good but he IS on wifi.
