I'm sure this is an old problem by now, but it is new for me. I recently decided to host two online games on Roll20.net, my first was a bust, and I am hoping to find a solution before my next game this Sunday. So initially, I tried uploading a map in Chrome; and was unable to see it after i dragged and dropped it on the map. I eventually switched to Firefox, and after doing so, I could now see the map and i scaled it so the lines would fit on the grid. I was walking my players through character creation, and we got their portraits uploaded, and i made them tokens. I then dragged the tokens onto the map. None of the players were able to see their own tokens. There were able to see however a very large token or portrait on the white grid box. Keep in mind, this is after i talked the players(all but one who was using safari, and reported the same problem) into downloading a fresh install of Firefox(which means there wouldn't be any add-ons to hose things up). At this point, i don't know what to do, and it doesn't seem like there is much info out there on how to fix this issue, besides, turn off add-ons, and clear cache. Can someone please help me? Explain it to me like i am 5 years old, and I may have some chance of doing it correctly. Best regards, A worried GM
