Separate volume control for chat beep?

I have an issue wherein one of my players has to turn the browser volume control very high to hear me speak, but that causes the Chat Beep to be way too loud. A separate volume control for the beep (or, for specific incoming voices) has been suggested.

I would recommend the player get headphones and/or a better microphone. =P

As a workaround, the player can disable the chat beep (silence it) under the gear/settings icon. If it is silenced, you still get the visual cue (the chat icon glows on-and-off when there is a new chat). This setting is for each player, so you can still hear your beep if he silences it on his end. Hope this helps in the meantime.
