My Account on the Dev Server can't do Anything

I'm able to fully log into the dev server, but when I try to do anything it tells me I need a subscription in order to do anything on the dev server. I've had a Pro subscription for around 3 weeks to a month now so it's not the hourly copy giving me issues. I want to use the Custom Sheet Sandbox to see if it gives me the tools I need to test specific things but I can't even make a game or view anything. I don't know if it matters but it shows I have a free subscription on the dev server, but I have pro on the normal server. Edit: picture.

That screenshot is logged in as Graves G, not BatChatter. Is Graves G a Pro account? Are you saying that the same email address is tied to a different account on Dev than it is on Production?

That's what it looks like, I logged in with the same email/password as it told me to do and it's the default of this account so it's got my name and last initial. Not displaying my display name but it's under the same email. Which is immediately what I found odd and have no idea how this even happens. Edit: I relogged a few times and on the 3rd time it worked? My icon is me right now.
