PAYPAL payment

Hey i recently upgraded my account using Paypal (I was using credit card before) and the funds were charged but my account didnt upgrade to PLUS. So my question is if is it normal to take a while to be a PLUS member when paying with PAYPAL or should be inmediate like when paying with Credit card.  Thx for the coments :)

You should take this to email.&nbsp; They don't deal with account info/payment on the forums.&nbsp; If you go to your account page, there is a link there to email them directly.&nbsp; Or there is the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page for another method of contact.
Yep i writed an email to them but they are taking a while to reply, so here im asking to people if that is an usual delay with Paypal&nbsp;

There is not usually to long of a delay. I noticed over the years that it depends on the country and how their online transactions are handled by their banking company (credit cards and debit card/banks) tends to affect the delay. I've seen some people get it almost immediately and others take a few hours. Usually if it is not enabled after 15-30 minutes, drop a message to the Roll20 team and they will help get it all straightened out. That has been my observations over the last 7+yrs.
