Stuck on loading screen

as of this morning I am not able to join any campaigns. I end up sitting on the loading screen and never going any further. It worked sunday and yesterday I'm not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions
I have a game in a hour does anyone know what the problem might be?! Anyone!

Main. I have to use <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/?forcelongpolling=true" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/?forcelongpolling=true</a> to make it work and even then it is super laggy. And it worked fine up untill i sub to mentor status :(
Are you using Chrome or Firefox? Sounds like maybe upgrading (which enabled Dynamic Lighting) may be the culprit?
I use firefox. I downloaded chrome and it wouldnt work there either.
If you load up Chrome, and in the URL bar type in "chrome://gpu", it should tell you if you have hardware acceleration. What does it say there?

Was there anything else you needed? Because my issue still persists without that link..
I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Using Chrome. Started in happening in the last week.
use that link I posted for now. It helps. Always click launch or join campaign then past the entire link as if thats the link you need to join and it loads. I supposed they are working on a solution. Technology is finicky and take a while :)
Any news on this bug? Been a few days since I gave you the info you asked for and I'm still having issues with the loading
I'm having the same issue. It worked last week when i joined for a chat discussion and now it keeps me on the loading screen. I have done all of which the wiki for trouble shooting suggests, restarted and shutdown my laptop 4 times each, and still stuck on the damn loading.

Or is there another issue you're seeing? Joining without the workaround should hopefully be fixed sometime this week. This is on Firebase's (our real-time server provider) end not ours so unfortunately we can't do anything directly to speed up the process.
Well sometimes it works and sometimes the rages auto refreshes non stop. :( So far it works when it counts though
