Player seeing black background, GM sees everything (Fog of War/Lighting)

Hi.  First, I want to emphasize that I've searched the forums relentlessly on this, and I've tried the steps I've found along the way to fix this myself. Details on that further down.  My problem: Using one of the D&D Battle Maps, purchased off the Marketplace. I'm also using Roll20 as an in-person tool, so I have the DM and then a single 'Observer' player, that is shown up on the TV screen. For now, my troubleshooting is done on my computer using two screens, and two sessions.  The map does not show up (alongside the lighting, fog of war, etc). It's not an issue due to the map content itself, as if I disable all three: Fog of War, Advanced Fog of War, and Lighting, the player-side can see the tokens and entire map. When I turn on any of them individually, all I get is this black background, with the player tokens visible.  The tokens are emitting light, have vision, attached to the observer player, etc. I can't figure out what step I'm missing to get this to work. Thanks. Image to help demonstrate what I;m seeing: DM on left, player on right. I've already tried the following:  - General Troubleshooting steps like cache etc  - Confirming player flag is on the right page - confirming settings for sight, dynamic lighting, fog of war etc - Assigned token control to the player
Be sure you are using Firefox or Chrome. Be sure that tokens are on the Token layer. Can you post a screenshot of the token settings for a token?

I've tried using both, same result in each. Currently using Chrome.  Here's the screenshot of the right-most token: Thanks for replying and for helping. Appreciate it. <3 Edit: yes, tokens are on token layer, background on background layer. Nothing on GM layer. Thanks!

You did mention Fog of War in the first post.  It is turned off, right?
... /facepalm  I had assumed normal FoG was a pre-req for AFoW.  That fixed it. Thank you!
