cant get this to work

I just wanted to be able to have a map for my players to move around at the table while we play but I cant get to work and need some help. I bought dungeon of the mad mage and would like to have a mouse on the table connected to my big screen so they can just move a token around to view the dungeon but the map does not load on the player screen. I click view as player and it just shows a white screen. Is the way I am trying to use the game possible or I am trying to do something that cannot be done?

In the pages tab, did you drag the Players ribbon to the page with the map you want them to see?

Im afraid I dont understand your directions - is it possible to setup a discord or screensharing option to review this in more detail?

Click on that to drop the toolbar down to be seen. The red ribbon is the player's ribbon. Click on it and drag it to your desired map preview tile.
